Trish and her staff are amazing, and the food is never a disappointment!

NOT a place to visit. They charge 3% above bill IF you yse a debt or credit card. Not advised until check out.They apparently have signs to this effect, in bathroom and front door. I noticed on exit, a small Sign on front door buried in a clutter of many other decals. Price is high for what you get, service was ok, until server became defensive about the 3% policy on credit/debit cards. AVOID this business, there are other mexican resturants in Salida. As a healthcare profession, who lives in Salda, I am tempted to ask registration and front ofice at my place of employment to charge anyone listing this place as their employer to 3% cash to process insurance if they have ut. Otherwise have them pay cash. I will tell my coworkers and others, my patients, to RUN from this business. They operate a Ponzi scheme worthy of Bernie Madoff! Stay AWAY from this trap.

Amazing chips, salsa, and food! Definitely a great place to eat. Make sure to bring cash, paying with card has a 4% up charge.

The service really was not great. There were very few other person's in the restaurant and yet we waited so long for them to take our order, for refills, for our food. And then it was just ok. I will say being from Texas we are probably much more picky when it comes to Mexican food. It wasn't bad, just not great. The employees were very nice, service was just lacking.

The food is fabulous and the staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable! Great restaurant definitely recommend.

Ate here the night before Seven Peaks, leaps above last year's pick! Food was very tasty, service was fast and efficient, drinks were generously poured. Will definitely eat here again should we find ourselves up that way.

Excellent food! Very unassuming place next to a liquor store. We had seafood dishes and the ingredients were very fresh (try the seafood chimichangas). Could not have asked for better service! We will be back.

These guys are amazing been eating here for many years and as always the food is amazing and the food is always served with a smile...Highly Recommend !!!!!! Just Do It !!!!!! You won't regret it !!!!!!

What's with the 4% extra charge for paying with card? I know some places put a $5.00 min because credit card companies charge businesses a fee, but this was a $35.00 bill. I asked the guy why and he shrugged & said I don't know. I'm confused

Very clean and comfortable

After being served stail chips and waiting ten plus minutes ...no server to even check on us or bring us water...we decided to leave. Not to mention the white patrons seemed to be attended to. Oh and may I say we got seated next to the restrooms. I highly do not recommend this place!

Wonderful authentic flavor! First sign of any good Mexican restaurant is the salsa..... and I was very impressed! Upon being served our meal and tasting the beans & rice, I knew this was going to be a pleasant experience. Super yummy!! Average size portions but on the lower scale in price. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and service was awesome!If you're wanting to spice it up more, you have to try the xxxtra hot sauce!!Would have given 5 out of 5 but was really displeased by the 4% service fee being charged when using a credit card.... (fortunately we had & used cash) That's just bad business!! The owners should do their due diligence in finding a better deal and suck up the cost.

It's a hole in the wall kind of great place. I go there especially for the salsa! Great people, and I love the decorations. The owner is very happy and you can tell she enjoys feeding people- in my book, that matters a lot!

Went in on a crowded Friday evening and the host managed us very well. He was extremely friendly and gave us some coffee for free seeing how exhausted we were. Ordered the fajita and enchilladas. Good flavor and quantity.

Food was pretty good and people were friendly, but It took a very long time to get attention to order, my coffee took a very long time, I was given the wrong entree, and the wrong tortillas, and finally I had to find someone for a to go box after waiting so long I watched 2 people who arrived after me finish their meals and leave.Maybe I was unlucky.. I would probably try again but this time I felt very forgotten about.

I had Fajitas on Friday. The taste was good, the chicken pieces were small. I still ate it and was happy. The Patron margarita grande told me i was correct in walking to the restaurant not drive. Started with a waiter, ended with a waitress. That was good, I assume ex navy, very entertaining, great smile, very confident. A joy to talk to! I'll be back! 🙃

Don’t go there! The food had No flavor! Worst Mexican food We’ve Ever eaten! Don’t drink the house margaritas, no tequila! At 6:00 click No One was there, should’ve been our First clue! The man at the Wyndham suggested. NO!!

TERRIBLE! No flavor, expensive for the Meat you actually got! Be sure to check your ticket they Added 2 drinks we Didn’t get! Go to Taco Bell and save your money!

If you leave hungry it's your own fault. They prefer you pay cash they accept cards but there is a transaction fee, but don't let that keep you from going the staff are super friendly and the food is delicious.
